. Behaviour
• As a group of 40 beach buggies/baja,s or more, we can expect to attract a major interest from our fellow tourists and the relevant authorities
• Personal and Driving behaviour of the highest standard is an absolute non-negotiable requirement to protect the safety of individuals and the reputation of the club
• Instances of poor behaviour may result in restricted involvement in club activities and termination of membership

Logistics
1. Bug In – Friday 17 October
- from Brisbane and south – meet at northbound BP Burpengary Time TBA and proceed to Inskip Point ,arrival time TBA
- from Sunshine Coast – meet at TBA and proceed to Inskip Point ,arrival time TBA
- from Bundaberg and north – own arrangements to Mary River barge and proceed to Cathedrals on Fraser independently
2. Itinerary
- Each activity will have involve a maximum group size of 10 vehicles, by 5 groups travelling to 5 different destinations each day.
- Each group will have a Group Leader and Tail Man.
- Convoy procedure will follow the [“marking vehicle” method]
